Refund policy

Bought it but don't love it? That's OK. We've all been there.

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, not damaged, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The majority of returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a virtual gift card to be used at any time. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered. 

To start a return, you can send us a message via 'Contact Us' section at the bottom. Please allow us 2-3 business days to review request.  Your message will be responded in the order it came in.

If your return request is accepted, we will provide instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note: Please ensure to package each order separately. If multiple orders are returned inside a single return package, your return will require additional time to process. You will not receive credit for any non-eligible items returned.

We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns. All returns must include an order packing slip that clearly indicates which items are being returned. If this is not filled out correctly, your return may experience issues in processing.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Our team does make best effort to inspect each package and item before shipping to avoid any errors.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 24hrs using the 'Contact Us' section below (providing your full name and order#).  Please ensure you take photos of damaged item so once we respond, you can provide the evidence via email.  We will then review case and advise accordingly.  Please kindly wait 2-3business days for our team to respond, in the order your message was received.  If return is approved, we will advise the next course of action.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as dresses, bodysuits, swimwear, underwear, lingerie, leggings, sports bra, accessories, hair extensions, wigs or hair weave; dietary supplement, coffee; made to order products, custom products, special orders, personalized items; and personal care goods (such as perfume, nail polish, beauty products etc.). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges but we welcome you to return your item(s) by mail in accordance with our Return Policy and repurchasing any available item(s) on our site.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

While we cannot accommodate every return, we value you and will always be reasonable. We ask that you do the same.

Refunds

Unfortunately we do not provide cash refunds. We will accept exchanges within 14 days of the original purchase date with a valid receipt and all tags attached. We will accept returns for store credit only within 14 days of the original purchase date with a valid receipt and all tags attached.

The following items are considered "Final Sale" and cannot be exchanged in-store: Dresses, Bodysuits, Lingerie, Leggings, Sports Bra, Swimwear, Underwear, Robes, Loungewear, Accessories, Beauty Products, Yoga mats, Health and Wellness Products, and Shoes.

If the product you have purchased is out of stock you will receive a refund.

MLQ issues refunds to the original form of payment used on an order in the event that your order:

  • Is canceled or
  • One or more of your items is sold out after your order was processed
  • Item(s) proved to be received damaged, defective, or incorrect

MYLUXQUEEN (MLQ) will take 3-5 business days to clear your refund. Depending on your financial institution, the refund amount may take up to 10 business days to post to your account.

If you used a gift card to purchase your item(s), your funds will be issued back to your gift card immediately.

 

Why did I receive a partial refund?:

One or more of your items may have sold out after your order was processed.

If your package was 'returned to sender or refused', it will be restocked and you will be issued store credit in the form of a gift card minus the initial shipping charge.

An order may be returned to sender for one of the following reasons:

  1. An address is invalid or there was missing address information,
  2. The carrier is unable to deliver your package due to wrong address provided by customer, or
  3. The order is refused by the customer at time of delivery.

We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.
